“Challenge the status quo.”

Organizations need to learn, discover and develop continuously in order to grow and improve results. First step in the change process is to clarify the current situation. Afterwards the challenge begins to challenge the status quo. Together with the client improvements will be discovered and implemented. My overall contribution to this process will be that I analyze from a different perspective which can generate creative and innovative solutions in order to improve the results.
